The room lacked adequate window coverings, making privacy a concern. I had to change in darkness to avoid being seen, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the artificial grass outside felt cheap and detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The deluxe suite was dreamy with a perfect window seat for birdwatching. Lovely outdoor garden space and a warm welcome made our stay memorable.
